Online German "App" says wrong article

I'm studying the flashcards online on your site for German, Lesson 4. In "Vocabulary 2" , there is a flashcard that has printed "der Mitbewohner", but the voice says "DIE Mitbewohner" when you play it.

Can't Find Your Level in eTutoring?

As you can imagine, there are far more students at the beginning levels, so we tend to schedule more of those and fewer of the advanced levels. But we can always change the schedule to meet demand. Just let us know.

I dont want to sound like a nerd or anything but was wondering if there will be an app for us Windows Phone 8 users anytime soon. It would be convenient to have access to living language on my mobile.

I recently purchased the Platinum version of the German Living Language lessons. My wife and I both want to use the programs, apps, etutoring, etc., and I understand you can have up to 5 users per household for an active course. I have never studied German before, but she has had a couple of years in high school so we are not at the same level to study everything together.

How do I set-up multiple users under one access card number?

Living Language-Spanish, Nook App

Has anyone had trouble when unlocking the lessons on the Nook App? The directions say to download the free trial and then unlock the other lessons with your login when prompted. This isn't working for me. I have tried restarting my Nook, my computer, deleting the app and re-installing. Nothing is working and I haven't gotten a response from the email I sent. Any ideas?

Japanese App for Android - Constant Crash

Ok. I downloaded the free app and I activated the full product. After the download was completed, I decided to give some of the lessons a try. Things went smoothly (mostly) but at the end of every exercise, the app crashes and force closes. This has been occurring in every lesson and always after answering the last question.

I would really like to use the app during my commute and the app has blemished an otherwise stellar first experience with the Living Language program. Can someone please advise me on this issue?

I am using a Sprint Samsung Galaxy S3.

PS - The "magnet" exercise's magnets do not hold the text within the borders very well either. This is cosmetic but definitely makes reading some of the text difficult.

I work in the evening. I also live 1.5 hours from the nearest store and real town so on my one day off per week I usually need to go to town which is an allday adventure. I just signed up and noticed that all the classes are in the evening. Is there anyway to ever get classes during the am or early afternoon. Figuring in the time diffrence I can only sign on for classes that start before 4:30 eastern time. I really want to get the extra help because I am going to need it. Thanks.

Even jsut like one a month would help sooooooo much.

I supposed to have a class now but I cant enert the class. a connecting message keeps appearing . I waited for about 20 minutes. this isn't my first lesson.What is the problem?

Hi, i was waiting for a lesson today (September 5th Spanish 1-2) the 5 min before the then on the hour I was booted from the waiting menu and was never able to join the lesson despite multiple tries.

Hi, I am looking for lessons on the weekends. I work a job where the hours always have me working during the weekdays. A couple weeks ago when I started there were a number of weekend lessons and I attended all of them but they have since disappeared.

Although I am at the start they served as a great motivation to improve and also a great self check as to what it is that I have truly retained vs. am able to regurgitate when asked the right question perviously.

Any chance I we can have them back?

If You Have a Bad Connection During Your eTutor Session

Hi there. We haven't had many questions from students about bad/slow connections during eTutor sessions, so hopefully no news is good news. But just in case it ever happens to you, you might consider trying this:

-Use the chat feature to send a quick message to the tutor along the lines of "Bad connection. Going to sign out and sign back in." (The chat seems to work even when the video and audio are bad.)

-Click on "leave session"

-Wait a moment, and then log back on with the same URL that you tried before.

Sometimes the tutor may have a bad connection, in which case they may try to do the same. If they log out, the session will automatically end, so you'll need to log back in.

If none of this works, please let us know by sending an e-mail to support@livinglanguage.com or etutor@livinglanguage.com, and then of course re-enroll for the session right away!

Lessons cancelled

Hi,

Last time I checked there was an intermediate French lesson 1 session at 11am on Sat but now it's gone. Do lessons get cancelled when no one signs up for them at a certain time before they begin? Or do they disappear from the available list when they're full? I wanted to do that session but is it full or cancelled? I thought classes are only closed for enrollment one hour before the lesson begins?

Are the online course and the IPAD app the same?

If so, are they sync-able? Online it shows that I have not completed any work so far but I have been working from my IPAD as it is more convenient.

Memory Game Degree of Difficulty

Memory's degree of difficulty is far harder than the other games. I am working through Intermediate French on the iPad and I find the Memory game extremely sensitive to errors. (I find everything else about this product has a similar degree of difficulty, but Memory is intolerant of even one error). I don't know if Memory's scoring is a function of timing too. But with just one wrong click I earn only a bronze. And accomplishing that is extremely difficult. Two misses and I receive no rating and no credit. Should it not be as follows: Perfect=Gold, One Error=Silver and Two Errors=Bronze? Or something like that?

Online game issue

I'm on Lesson 10 of Intermediate Italian. I think there's something wrong with the game titled "Fill In: Modal Verbs". I cannot type in anything in the blank. Could you look into this? Thanks!
