eTutoring connection trouble at 5pm on April 29

We just had a connection trouble for the Essential 4 session scheduled at 5pm on April 29. I was able to get the connection back again, but I was not able to find the student in the virtual classroom any longer. If you are the student, please know that Living Language customer support will contact you by email and refund your lesson credit. You will be able to sign up for the session again. I apologize for the trouble and inconvenience. I really hope to talk to you again very soon. Thank you for your patience.
