Living Language-Spanish, Nook App

    Has anyone had trouble when unlocking the lessons on the Nook App?  The directions say to download the free trial and then unlock the other lessons with your login when prompted.  This isn't working for me.  I have tried restarting my Nook, my computer, deleting the app and re-installing.  Nothing is working and I haven't gotten a response from the email I sent.  Any ideas?

    Sorry you're having trouble with that. Just to be sure, do you have Online Spanish or Platinum Spanish? (The mobile apps come for free, and are unlocked by your regular Living Language log-on information, only with Platinum.)

    Also please note that there's a lot of content in these apps, and it takes a while to download. The lessons will still come up as "grayed out" while the content is downloading. But I believe you should get a prompt when you try to access that content, under these circumstances, that tells you that the content is downloading.

    I tried the German version, but there is simply no where to sign in! That is my problem.

    Hi Catrheaper. I replied to you on the other thread. There are instructions in the FAQs, but if you click on any of the gray (locked) content, you'll be prompted to either purchase (which you don't want to do as a Platinum customer) or unlock with your Platinum log-in credentials.
