Booted from GoToMeeting Unable to Re-Join Lesson

    Hi, i was waiting for a lesson today (September 5th Spanish 1-2) the 5 min before the then on the hour I was booted from the waiting menu and was never able to join the lesson despite multiple tries.

    Just a heads up!

    Thanks for the message. What do you mean "booted?" Did the session just close? I'll look into it and see what happened.

    If you still have the e-mail with the URL and meeting ID, it would be helpful if you could forward it to [email protected]. I'm not too sure what happened yet, but I'll do some digging.

    I'm sorry about that, and please re-enroll. I'll ask the eTutors what happened on their end, if they had trouble logging on, or what...

    I was in the "waiting menu" and on the hour it came up with an error message and the screen re-set to loading into the session and nothing came of it.

    Perhaps my computer was being lame, but I was not able to join the session from that point on. It just continued to load but never did.

    Its cool. I have a session coming up! Thanks though!

    Hi, Cheyenne. I heard from the tutor. He said he noticed that you'd logged in, but disappeared after a few seconds. He did wait around for the session to end, but for whatever reason you weren't able to get back on. I'm not sure what's behind that, but I'll also reach out to GTM Customer Support and see if they have any explanation.
    Please let us know if you ever have trouble like that again. And thanks for rescheduling. Have fun at your next session!
