Problem in e-toutring session

    Hi,

     

    I supposed to have a class now but I cant enert the class. a connecting message keeps appearing . I waited for about 20 minutes. this isn't my first lesson.What is the problem?

    Hi, Alia. Can you send the e-mail with the meeting ID and URL to [email protected]? If we see the language, level, and meeting ID we should be able to figure out what happened.

    In the meantime, I apologize for the trouble, and I hope you'll sign up for another session.
